Step 1 - Initial Consultation

What is your vision for your home? What is its purpose to you? We’ll sit down and discuss the big picture items of building your new home and see if it is within your budget. We are not salesmen and are not looking to profit by putting people in bad financial situations.

Step 2 - Planning & Permitting

This is where the fun begins! We work with you and local designers to get your ideas down on paper, make adjustments, discuss options, and develop a plan to fit your needs and dreams. We also continue to provide transparent dynamic estimates to keep you updated on the anticipated cost range so the design can be expanded or reigned in based on budget. Throughout the design process, we begin obtaining the necessary permits for you so once completed we can hit the ground running.

Step 3 - Construction

Now the reality of the your dream starts to set in! We will schedule, coordinate, and provide construction oversight for all aspects of your home. We also will have an increased presence during foundation construction to help ensure that your dwelling starts out solid from the ground up. During this process we will provide continual updates on the progress and timeline of the project. We believe in transparency and would rather have difficult conversations upfront about work delays rather than creating unrealistic timelines.

Step 4 - Final Inspection

Once construction is completed and your occupancy permit is obtained, we walk through your new home (and outside) with you and ensure that you are satisfied with your dream home! If any deficiencies or additional requests are identified we work to correct these items in a timely manner so that you can get on to fully enjoying your new home!
